Prior to the announced June 17th release of the pocket paperback, ALL print editions of Dead As Soon As Born are available via Lulu. Better yet, they are discounted through Lulu, and will probably always be cheaper there (seeing as they are the publishing house I use).
All other retailers are currently processing the product for availability.
